How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our call center. You can request your cancellation by calling our service hotline 0000-000000 (free of charge), Monday to Saturday from 8.00 to 22.00 and Sunday from 9.00 to 20.00 (except on national holidays), or by fax 00000 - 00000 *, * (14 Ct / min from the German landline, max. 42 ct / min from the mobile phone).

How do I sign up?

You can log in by clicking "My Account" and then "Account Setup". If you want to order something, you have the possibility to open an account after sending the order.

Where do I see the shipping time?

In the detail view of each article, the estimated shipping time is noted.

What are cookies?

Your Internet browser has a feature / ability called "cookie", which stores small amounts of data locally on your computer. You may be asked to confirm cookies. These data include e.g. Information about which Internet sites you visit and which advertisements you have viewed. They can also be used to show you the same advertising multiple times. To do this, use the cookie to check whether the computer you are using already has a certain advertisement, e.g. From, was shown. How does cash on delivery work?

In the case of payment by cash on delivery, COD fees amounting to EUR 4.00 are to be paid by the Supplier before delivery of the goods and - in the case of delivery by DHL - a transfer fee of EUR 2.00 per parcel shall be payable. This fee will be charged by DHL for the expenses incurred.

How do I deal with returns?

We want you to be satisfied with our deliveries. Therefore, you can return all items purchased from us free of charge within two weeks and receive immediately the paid purchase price. Software, telespiele, music CDs and videos or DVDs can only be taken back unopened. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions for details
